Rotherley Construction Inc. initially involved with the renovation and this charming five star beachfront hotel, on the West Coast in Barbados, has been their builder of choice for new construction and further renovation works for the past ten years.

The redevelopment of this property included demolition of existing structures, construction of new a building using a pre-cast floor system and a mixture of in-situ blocks and pre-cast walls.

The finishes to the penthouse rooms included marble floor and wall tiles, pickled pine tray ceilings, coral rendered walls and plunge pools on the suspended patios.

The effective and efficient pre-construction procurement system employed by Rotherley Construction Inc was beneficial given time sensitive nature of this project.

This system ensures that projects are successfully completed within a challenging timeframe whilst still achieving high quality of finishes.
