Joseph Steinbok joined Rotherley Construction Inc. as Partner and Assistant Managing Director in 1992. The combination of Joe's skills and passion has contributed to the growth and development of Rotherley Construction Inc. into a highly regarded and respected firm in Barbados.

Over the years his experience and supervision have proved invaluable for Rotherley Construction Inc. especially in the area of Project Management for a number of the prestigious construction projects undertaken by the company. His aim is always to ensure that the commitment to superior quality is strictly adhered to with each building project.

Joe is married and is the father of two. He places high value on giving back to the community and has been a member of the Rotary Club of Barbados West for the past 15 years. During this time he served as President for the year 1999-2000 and is presently the Assistant Governor for District 7030.
