Allan E.P. Evelyn, President and CEO founded Rotherley Construction in 1989 and for the past 18 years his commitment to excellence has guided the company's
success and growth to the top of the construction industry in Barbados. For him, quality must not be compromised and this has been the hallmark of his approach
to the varied residential and commercial projects undertaken by Rotherley Construction Inc. since 1989.
After graduating with a Bachelor of Science, Civil Engineering with Honours from City University - London, he worked as a Site Engineer for Lincolnshire in the
U.K. before returning to Barbados where he worked as a project engineer until 1989 when Rotherley Construction was incorporated.
Along with a focus on quality, good communications is also of paramount importance to Allan. This is evident in the working relationships with all at Rotherley
Construction Inc. and among his wide network of associates both locally and internationally.
He is married, father of 4 boys and two girls, and enjoys a wide variety of the interests including
boating.
