Vice President Operations

Adam is a graduate of the University of Southampton, U.K. and plays a key role in the operation management of Rotherley Construction Inc. working closely with quantity surveying and project managers on budget estimating/cost planning, tendering, procurement, valuations, value engineering, cost management, purchasing both locally and overseas, warehousing, tool management, and freighting.

In addition to the builder's emphasis on quality and excellence, Adam is charged with the responsibility of overseeing the safety standards by members of the construction teams for projects of every size undertaken by the company. No matter how complex the construction project undertaken by Rotherley Construction Inc., Adam will plan and coordinate the teams such that the job is accomplished according to the high quality expectations set by the company.

Adam is married with two sons and has keen interests in deep sea fishing and spear-fishing.
